Please review our FAQ below for information about refunds, returns, order cancelations, and shipping. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us.

Digital Detox will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise and/or gift certificates for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.

Simply send us an email at info@thedigitaldetox.org with subject: refund/return, AND ship the items back to us as well as a copy of your receipt, along with a note within the package letting us know if you would like a refund or an exchange at the following address:

Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. You can also contact us about your return at info@thedigitaldetox.org. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs.

Canceled orders will incur a 15% handling fee if not yet shipped. Cancelations on Gift Certificates will have no penalty (subject to the charge of shipping, handling, & custom letter materials).

An item shipped back to us for an exchange, automatically gives approval for re-charging your credit card for re-shipment.

To cancel your order, email us at info@thedigitaldetox.org with subject: Cancel Order.

We ship standard orders every 2 business days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday), excluding public and government holidays. Please consider this when placing your order.

Custom gift certificate orders are sent every 3 business days (Tuesday & Friday), excluding public and government holidays. Please consider this when placing your order. All order must be placed within 24hours of shipping date to make it out, otherwise they will be shipped within the next three days of our shipment. For example, if you place an order on Monday (before 12pm), your order will not be shipped until Friday.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If orders are returned to us by the mail service, we will contact you via e-mail to get a new shipping address, and will re-charge for shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority with Tracking. Shipping within the US takes 1 week or less, depending on post office mail volume. International orders delivery times completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to, shipping times vary between 2 weeks and 6 weeks.
